Commissions

Commissions are for personal use only

For commercial usage, contact me via email, and expect to pay 2x - 3x the base price of the commission type, depending on usage (Promotional, Merchandise, etc)

The client and the artist both agree to keep any sensitive or personal information private

The client must contact me via the provided Google Form.

I will contact the client if I take interest in their commission request

The commission will be initiated when I send the client the invoice, and the invoice is paid

I have the right to refuse the commission.

Generally, only one request per transaction please

The client must provide me with written clear details and at least 2 visual references of their requested character(s).

I will charge the client extra if the request is submitted with text only.

If the client misses out on sending me details, they can inform me of them before they send the payment.

I will try to follow the request as well as I can.

I have the rights to cancel and refund the money for the commission at any time

The commission can be private at no extra charge. The client must let me know in advance.

I reserve the right to include any showcases of the commission in my portfolio

For commissions of existing IPs (e.g. Fanart), I reserve the right to sell the finished artwork on digital marketplaces (e.g. Ko-Fi Store, etc.), or print the artwork to sell. The client has the right to refuse.

The prices stated are the base prices - they may increase, based on the complexity of the commissioned piece

Additional characters (on the same piece) are priced the same as a single character commission

If you require a specific size or DPI, the client may let me know in advance

I must be paid before I start the commission

If you can not provide the complete amount up front, let me know and I will provide accommodations

The client may cancel the commission for no cost before confirming the sketch

No refunds are allowed after the detailed sketch has been approved

I try to finish the commission within 1 month of after receiving payment. I may take up to three months once I start a commission

No deadlines - the client cannot set a deadline

I will provide WIPs at major points of the process, and I require the client's approval in order to continue, so please make sure to respond!

I own the full rights to the artwork

I do not claim property of the subjects that I am commission to draw

I am free to post WIPs of the commission and/or stream the process.

If the client would like to keep the commission private, feel free to let me know before I start the commission.

The commission may be reuploaded, used as icons, etc, but must be crediting me as the artist

Cannot use commissions for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and AI purposes.

Commercial usage is not allowed, unless the respective fee has been paid.
